He has a wide range of experience advising both the private and public sector and advises both suppliers and purchasers of technology, services and products. Nigel specialises in all forms of commercial and technology work with particular emphasis on large-scale technology projects.
Nigel has advised on a wide variety of significant commercial and technology contracts including international IT outsourcing, BPO, facilities maintenance, private finance initiative, software licensing and transformation projects.
Nigel’s experience also includes two years in the UAE advising on legal and commercial issues in the Gulf Region.
