Pamela is a senior associate and specialises in advising lenders and corporates in all aspects of banking and finance including structured real estate finance, acquisition finance and general corporate finance transactions.
Pamela has particular expertise in solvent restructuring and debt sale/purchase and has recently spent time on secondment within the restructuring and business support unit of a major financial institution.
