His experience includes advising on a range of property issues relating to master developments, the structuring of sub-developments from plot acquisition to post-construction issues, contractor procurement, infrastructure delivery, drafting and negotiating construction, project finance, property investment funds, hotel management agreements, bulk real estate acquisitions and disposals, strata management and commercial leasing.
