Rebecca is an experienced litigator who has a wide range of dispute resolution experience. Recent examples of Rebecca's work include major disputes relating to IT projects, a multi-jurisdictional dispute for a Spanish Cruise operator and regulatory actions on behalf of pension fund Trustees. Rebecca also maintains a specialist practice in insurance law and works alongside Colin Read on D&O, construction, property and energy (including nuclear) insurance matters.
