Sophie is a senior associate who has specialised in PPP projects for over ten years. She acts on behalf of a variety of clients in respect of waste management, education, health, roads maintenance and accommodation projects throughout the UK. Sophie specialises in project agreements, facilities management contracts, design and build contracts, technology subcontracts, ongoing advice during the operational phase of PPP projects and PPP secondary market transactions. She is both Scots and English law qualified.
Sophie has spent 6 months on secondment to a large building contractor advising principally in respect of operational PPP projects, and 9 months on secondment to a Scottish government body where she advised local authorities in respect of the procurement of various waste PPP projects.
