Susan is an experienced IT contracts lawyer who works primarily with clients in the insurance sector. While Susan has specific expertise in relation to platforms, she also advises insurance companies on a range of IT and e-commerce matters, including software development and integration projects, and on-line sales processes.
Susan was part of the team that advised Origo on a legal framework to standardise the financial services industry's approach to electronic data transfer, and recently she has been working on the TISA Exchange re-registration project to create an industry legal framework for the electronic transfer of assets between platforms.
