Tim is a senior associate and is dual qualified in English and Scottish law. Tim practised as a solicitor in England and Scotland for over ten years on a broad range of commercial property matters, primarily focusing on energy and retail work.
Tim's role includes the preparation, management and maintenance of the real estate team's English precedents, maintaining and collating knowhow, developing and delivering training programmes and courses (both technical and skills courses) and ensuring that the teams are kept up to date with the latest changes in property law in the UK.
Tim is a member of the Association of Property Support Lawyers.
