Tom is a senior associate who advises corporate and pension trustee clients on all aspects of pensions law and the pensions implications of mergers, acquisitions and outsourcings. Tom has particular experience of the implementation of liability management projects in relation to defined benefit schemes - and is a leading specialist on the subject of auto-enrolment (advising pension scheme providers and employers alike).
Tom is the current Chairman of the National Association of Pension Funds (Yorkshire) Group and is a regular speaker at industry events.
