Veronica is a Senior Associate and a professional support lawyer (PSL). As a PSL, Veronica is responsible for the training, current awareness and know-how for the group nationally. Veronica specialises in all areas of corporate tax including corporate finance and M&A work, private equity and employment tax, having spent her time as a practising solicitor in those areas before moving to the PSL role.
