Zoe is a senior associate qualified in both England and Wales and Hong Kong. She specialises in construction and engineering work, including contentious and non-contentious work. Her experience includes advising clients on resolving disputes through mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation, and advising on terms and conditions of construction contracts and consultancy appointments in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining Pinsent Masons, Zoe worked as an in-house lawyer in the UK and then in Hong Kong for a large global engineering consultancy practice. Zoe's recent experience has involved advising contractor, subcontractor and consultant clients on a range of projects, including waste projects, residential buildings, infrastructure projects, leisure projects and health and safety prosecutions in Hong Kong.
