As Director of HR & Learning, Jonathan is responsible for the firm's strategy to manage and develop its people. His role is to lead our HR & Learning team so that it delivers a world class HR service and designs and implements HR solutions which help the firm achieve its strategic goals.
Jonathan has many years of HR experience in law firms and in the banking sector. His previous experience included Corporate Communications and Corporate Banking. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
