Andrew is a Partner and Head of our Corporate Group. He is also a member of Pinsent Masons' national Private Equity committee, which specialises in acting for institutional investors and management teams on the financing of start-ups, management buy-outs and buy-ins, secondary buy-outs and disposals.
Andrew undertakes a wide range of corporate and commercial work, including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and business and corporate reorganisations. Recent clients have included Cory Environmental, AmTrust International Insurance, Open International Limited, Primera Travel Group, Everest Limited, Tilney Investment Management and Be Un Limited.
