Diane is a Partner and leads the Pinsent Masons' UK Employment Group of over 90 lawyers. She has over 20 years of experience in the employment law field, principally acting for employers although occasionally acting for senior executives.
Diane has been rated a top ranked leader in her field by Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession and in Legal 500 for many years. She has been described by clients as "very strong, incredibly client focused, practical and always commercial and as "someone I'm always glad will be on our side."
She has significant experience advising on strategic projects, e.g. in relation to Board/senior exits; changes to key terms and conditions and industrial action.
She is a member of the Law Society's Employment Law Group and of the Employment Lawyers' Association.
