Michael is Head of the Projects Group.
He has experience in all areas of finance and debt related work including project finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and restructuring. He has acted for funders (bank, capital market, multilateral and grant) and sponsors and developers.
He has acted on over 50 Energy and Infrastructure Finance transactions across these sectors, including primary and secondary transactions, funds and refinancings.
