Before designing our training materials we invest time in researching the organization. This research can take various forms - telephone or face to face interviews with key people, site visits or access to intranets are all particularly useful. We agree with the client how research time would be most effectively spent, with a view to minimizing any disruption to the organization.

In- house training projects include:
- Series of ongoing training courses for factory and engineering managers and IT Directors in a power generation company. General updates and tailor made interactive full day course including a workshop on carrying out investigations, disciplinary and grievance hearings
- Series of 2 hour lunchtime sessions for large HR team in the financial services sector. "Hot topics" such as contractual variations and redundancies tailored to fit business needs.
- Training of elected employee representatives of client in the retail sector. Aim of the course to enable participants to be effective companions at disciplinary and grievance hearings.
- Training for top 5 University on managing performance delivered in a forum theatre environment. We provided the legal input and facilitated a session involving actors. This gave delegates the opportunity to practise the practical skills required to carry out performance review meetings.
