Managing Investigations and Disciplinary Hearings

To develop participants' understanding and confidence when dealing with investigations and to ensure that any disciplinary action is not flawed as a result of an incomplete or unsatisfactory investigation process or a failure to act fairly when taking disciplinary action (including dismissal).
