UK Corporate Governance Code

Following the introduction of the 2010 Code and to assist our clients in applying its principles, we have produced a new book, A User's Guide to the UK Corporate Governance Code.  This is not a text for lawyers, and certainly not an academic treatise; rather, it is a practical guide aimed at the end user such as general counsel, company secretaries and company chairmen and directors. 

As practice develops in this area and new rules come out, we will be keeping the guide up to date on the website.
