constituted under the laws of England and Wales. On 1 March 2008
the UK businesses of Pinsent Masons were transferred to the limited
liability partnership Pinsent Masons LLP. Some documents on this
website were produced before 1 March 2008. Nothing in those
documents is to be taken to indicate that the general partnership
Pinsent Masons (as opposed to Pinsent Masons LLP) continues
business in the UK.
