Described by clients as “brilliant” and a “practical lawyer”, Jenny brings unique in-house experience when advising trustees and employers on all aspects of corporate pensions law. She specialises in GMP equalisation, liability and risk management, governance, insolvency and restructuring (including entry to the PPF) and corporate transactions.
Having worked successfully in-house and in private practice, Jenny brings a unique blend of skills to her role. She understands the client – she’s been one – and knows what they need to deliver internally. She is proactive, commercial, pragmatic thorough, responsive, and has time and again gone above and beyond to make sure we get the best result we can. She is also a very nice person. She engages easily with our most senior stakeholders and presents well in senior governance committees. I’d hire her in a heartbeat.
