Julia specialises in all areas of Public Economic Law with a special focus on State aid law and on Research and Development (R&D).
Among her clients are the public sector as well as public and private companies, universities and research centres. Julia has gained extensive experience in review and elimination of risks arising from the State aid law viewpoint in both existing and planned agreements, amongst others, in form of entrustment drafts, carrying out of Private Investor-Tests as well as the development and creation of performance/compensation relations of all kinds which are conform to State aid law. She also regularly reviews agreements in the field of research on behalf of undertakings and of collaboration with undertakings or their conformity with EU laws on R&D funds.
