Roberta advises issuers, investment banks, selling security holders and investment funds on a wide range of multi-jurisdictional offerings of equity and debt securities, as well as on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and aspects of compliance with US securities regulations. Roberta also advises clients on New York law aspects of securitisation and finance transactions.
