The #MeToo Campaign and increasing awareness of trans issues are prompting employers to review whether they are doing enough to promote gender and trans equality within their organisations. Through facilitated discussion this course explores the campaigns and initiatives employers can utilise to develop a culture of true equality. The equality agenda is constantly evolving and this course will explore recent case law and recommendations for change from the EHRC. Topics include:

  • Focusing on the T in LGBT on recruitment and in day to day working practices
  • Closing the gender pay gap – is subconscious bias getting in the way?
  • Eradicating harassment - is your organisation doing enough to tackle this?
  • Talking about the menopause. How this can affect one third of the female workforce and how employers can help

This half day course costs £279 + VAT per person.

A '3 for 2' discount is available for bookings on this course.  This can be used across any of our locations.

The course starts at 10am, and concludes at 1pm, followed by lunch.
