  • Redefine International plc -  (FTSE/JSE, £500m real estate fund) on its conversion to a REIT; £127m and £60m secondary placings; new management incentive schemes; reverse takeover of Wichford plc (£1bn of property assets); and €200m SPV acquisition in Germany of three shopping centres
  • G-Res, (Grainger-backed fund) on its £349m disposal of the UK’s largest residential portfolio to a new JV fund backed by APG Real Estate and Grainger- shortlisted for Real Estate Team of the Year at The Lawyer Awards 2013
