Lead advisors to international to a number contractors on their bids for the Hong Kong MTR expansion
We were the lead advisors to the leading Hong Kong construction industry association and a number of contracting giants on their bids for the Hong Kong MTR's latest rail expansion programme. This included assisting both foreign and local civil engineering companies on various aspects of their bidding for the Mass Transit Rail Corporation Limited¡¯s latest underground and over-ground rail expansion programme, worth over $15bn.
We advised clients on complex contractual conditions such as target cost, ground base line reports and entrustment arrangements; advising also on the Joint Venture arrangements among co-bidders; and advising on significant technical and commercial disputes as the arouse mid-project.
