Pinsent Masons strengthens M&A practice in Germany

International law firm Pinsent Masons has further enhanced its German M&A practice with the appointment of Dr. Thomas Peschke as Partner in the firm's Düsseldorf office.

Dr. Peschke is an experienced M&A lawyer operating in the Advance Manufacturing and Technology (AMT) sector with specific expertise in the retail sector.  He has extensive experience advising German, Swiss and other international clients on buy side and sell side transactions, mergers as well as cross boarder M&A transactions. He has led numerous M&A negotiations, due diligence projects and joint venture discussions for national and international clients in the AMT and retail sectors.

Dr. Peschke joins from KPMG Law where he helped establish KPMG Law's Düsseldorf office. He also headed the Dutch Desk within KPMG. Working closely with the Pinsent Masons team in Munich, Dr. Peschke’s arrival will bolster the team's capacity to handle complex local and multijurisdictional M&A work in the AMT and retail sector.
