Pinsent Masons Appoints Gayle Bowen as Head of Dublin Office

International law firm Pinsent Masons has appointed Gayle Bowen as head of its Dublin office.

Operating in 24 cities across the world, Pinsent Masons is a global Top 100 law firm with over 3,000 staff and posted global revenues of £449.8m last year.

Gayle will lead the Dublin team which is initially focused on advising clients operating in the Technology and Financial Services sectors. The expanding team continues to offer local, national and international clients the deep sectoral expertise and collaborative culture that is inherent across the firm.

The Dublin office recently moved into the award-winning office space at 1 Windmill Lane in Dublin 2.

Educated at Oxford University and University College Dublin, Gayle is a prominent figure in the investment funds industry in which she specialises. She is the outgoing Chair of the Irish Funds Legal & Regulatory Committee and currently sits on the Irish Funds Brexit Steering Group. Her clients include prominent domestic and international asset managers and she has advised on a number of landmark transactions in the investment funds space.
