Andrew Hosking of Quantuma said "We have been able to successfully conclude a transfer of the regulated business in a very short timescale over the holiday period which enabled the wider transaction in which Gordon Dadds acquired the UK interests of Ince & Co LLP to be completed. Protecting clients' interests remains the priority and the Solicitor Manager is overseeing the safe transfer of client monies and client files in accordance with clients' instructions."
