Jenny is a corporate pensions specialist with over 11 years experience. Prior to returning to private practice, Jenny was one of only two pensions lawyers in the Lloyds Bank Group Corporate Treasury Legal Team advising the Group on all aspects of pensions law and strategy and how it impacts the business, with a particular focus on the Group’s defined benefit pension schemes. Whilst at Lloyds, Jenny advised the Group in relation to its landmark GMP equalisation case and implementation of the judgement.
Prior to joining Lloyds Banking Group, Jenny spent over 10 years in private practice providing on-going and strategic advice to companies and trustee boards on a full range of pensions issues, including liability management projects, scheme re-documentation, pension disputes, insolvency and restructuring (including entry to the PPF) and multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions.
