About Ann

Ann has acted in many of the leading commercial litigation cases to come before the Irish courts. She is particularly regarded for her expertise in intellectual property, data privacy, regulatory and commercial disputes.

Described by Chambers Global for 2018 "as a highly experienced litigator with a tremendous ability" she has successfully represented clients in international litigation concerning a diverse range of areas including patent ligation, data disputes, breach of contract and securities litigation.

She is ranked as a 'Leading Individual' in Ireland for Dispute Resolution by Legal 500. She is Chairwoman of the Intellectual Property and Data Protection Committee of the Law Society of Ireland. She is also a member of the Irish Government's Data Forum which considers data related issues relevant to the development of Ireland's digital economy. She is a Fellow of the International Compliance Association.
