About Jean-François Le Gal

Jean-François is a Partner whose practice focuses on international arbitration and multi-jurisdictional litigation.

He is qualified as a Solicitor-Advocate (England & Wales), an Avocat au Barreau de Paris and a Registered Legal Practitioner with full rights of audience before the DIFC Courts in Dubai.

He has experience of arbitrating international commercial disputes as advocate in English and/or French in London, Paris, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.  He also sits as an arbitrator and has acted as Chairman of an Arbitral Tribunal, as Sole Arbitrator and as Co-Arbitrator.

He has also appeared on numerous occasions as advocate in France in the scope of cross-border civil and commercial disputes (Paris Court of Appeal, Paris Civil Court, Paris Commercial Court, etc.).
