About Michael

Michael helps clients to make the best use of their patents and related intellectual property rights.

Michael's extensive network and his integration in the local and international patent community is a vantage point for clients to draw upon. His seasoned experience in multijurisdictional settings is - apart from the understanding of the client's business and his service commitment - one of his biggest assets. Careful listening and in-depth thinking make the difference in finding the best strategy for clients' needs, especially in the high-tech and medical devices industries.

With the upcoming Unified Patent Court the legal challenges in pursuing client's interests in this field across Europe will fundamentally change. With the UPC's divisions in Munich and with Michael's in-depth knowledge of the new litigation system we are ideally placed to hit the ground running.
