Natalie specialises in advising clients on large and complex IT, technology and business process transformation projects.
Natalie is typically engaged for the life-cycle of projects from initial planning and procurement through to contract negotiation/finalisation and ongoing contract management. As well as doing the legal detail, Natalie is able to provide strategic support and guidance (for example, in developing the delivery approach, and the sourcing and procurement strategies) and manage stakeholders.
Natalie is often embedded within the client or delivery team, working as an integral member of that core team and collaborating with the in-house lawyers and other consultants/advisors appointed to deliver the project. Through her role 'on the ground', Natalie usually acts as the primary interface with the wider Pinsent Masons team, liaising with and seeking specialist input from employment, pensions, property, finance and regulatory colleagues (as required).
Natalie acts for clients in both the private and public sectors, and through her experience of the latter is able to advise on the application of the EU public procurement regulations.
