Osama's legal practice is focused on commercial arrangements, corporate matters, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, fund raising and investments across diverse sectors and industries.
Additionally, he has in-depth experience of advising on financial and capital markets transactions (both conventional and Islamic), business formations, insolvency, restructuring, regulatory, litigation, dispute resolution, employment and private client matters. He regularly advises shareholders, directors and senior management of major business groups and multinational corporations on their business operations both locally in the UAE and regionally in the Middle East. Osama's clients also include a number of high net worth individuals and prominent Middle Eastern families.

He has extensively worked with the Dubai Department of Finance, Dubai Department of Economic Development and the Legal Affairs Department. His clients include global private equity firms, global insurance companies, global pharmaceutical companies and several global advertising firms. Prior to joining Pinsent Masons, Osama was a partner at another international law firm.

He is widely recognised within the UAE corporate market for his expertise and is considered a trusted adviser to a broad range of significant clients in the region. Osama's extensive client base includes influential Government Departments and agencies such as the Dubai Financial Support Fund, numerous government-owned entities as well as heads of family owned businesses.
