About Frances Ennis

Frances is an experienced litigator, appearing in sheriff courts throughout Scotland in both criminal and civil actions, including appeals before the Sheriff Principal. She regularly advises clients on Court of Session disputes, including those to the Lands Valuation Appeal Court.

She represents clients on a variety of contentious pensions issues and has recently acted in the leading Scottish case on interpretation of scheme documentation. She also advises on the implications of insolvency on pension issues.

Frances represents many household names in educational, sport and leisure and hospitality sectors and regularly appears at Licensing Boards throughout the country as part of her liquor licensing practice.

Frances is a regular contributor to local and national media and speaker at legal conferences.
