About Marina Arntzen

Marina Arntzen is an Associate in the Corporate and M&A practice of Pinsent Masons. She advises clients on a range of corporate matters, focussing in particular on cross-border transactions, share deals and asset deals, as well as shareholder conflicts. In addition, Marina regularly publishes articles on corporate law issues.

Before beginning work at Pinsent Masons she worked as a legal trainee for international law firms in Düsseldorf and London in the areas of employment and corporate law, as well as M&A.
