She also advises on contentious matters, advising bidders seeking to bring challenges and authorities defending claims. Shailee has worked across a number of sectors, including projects in the technology, energy, education, health and infrastructure sectors. Shailee also offers a helpful perspective on what matters to bidders, having previously worked in a two-person legal team supporting a large public sector contractor.
