Stephen is a senior associate with a broad experience in commercial property matters, particularly acting for retailers, investors, and developers.
He has advised on many retail and development transactions including sales and acquisitions, development agreements, complex leasing arrangements and portfolio transactions.Stephen has worked on projects across the sector and has experience in dealing with a variety of assets including food stores, warehouses, offices, shopping centres, out-of-town retail parks. He also has experience of business acquisitions as going concerns, including investment properties, and the application of TUPE and competition law to those transactions.
