Anne Cardon qualified as a lawyer at the Paris Bar in 2013. Prior to joining Pinsent Masons in 2020, Anne worked seven years for an international law firm in Paris
She has in-depth experience in advising both international groups and French companies during the course of the employment relationship (hiring, execution and modification of the employment agreement, termination) and in collective labour issues. She is involved in litigation and has a high expertise in complex litigation matters triggering important exposure of companies (discrimination, harassment, psycho-social risks issues, collective layoffs and litigation against unions or works councils).
Florian is a member of the Construction Advisory and Disputes Group.
Richard is experienced in all forms of dispute resolution – adjudication, mediation, arbitration and High Court Litigation. He is familiar with the forms of contract commonly used in the Sector.
Sean’s primary expertise is in construction and infrastructure delivery, operation and maintenance. He has over 20 years experience with a broad range of procurement processes and structures in both the public and private sectors, including extensive experience on PPP projects.
