Ashleigh has acted on a number of corporate transactions in the Australian market, advising domestic and international clients in industries including healthcare, IT, retail and manufacturing, and food & beverage sectors. Ashleigh has served as a General Counsel and member of the Executive Leadership Team at Sushi Sushi Group and supported the Group through its restructure and divestment to Odyssey Private Equity.
Ashleigh also advises on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including commercial agreements, corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters.
Ashleigh recently completed the “Mergers and Acquisitions: Structuring and Leading Deals” executive course at Harvard Law School, and “Negotiation Mastery” at Harvard Business School. Ashleigh was named as an Acritas Star 2017.
