Aude specializes in project development, construction, financing, acquisition and transfer of projects in the energy sector.
Aude assists banks, developers, industrial groups and investment funds on all aspects (project and financing documentation, corporate, regulation and property) of multi-sourced energy projects in France and Francophone African jurisdictions. She actively participated in the drafting of the standard Corporate PPA contract for France Energie Eolienne and advises consumers and producers in the context of the conclusion of Corporate PPAs.
She obtained a Master 2 in Business Law and the HEC Paris specialized master in International Business Law and Management.
Prior to joining Pinsent Masons, Aude worked in the Energy team of a major international law firm and at TotalEnergies.
