Bavesh has significant experience in both public and private infrastructure. His expertise includes the drafting of construction, supply and professional services agreements, advising on tender processes, contracts and dispute resolutions.
Bavesh has advised on a broad range of projects within a variety of infrastructure-related sectors including energy, industrial plants, transport and commercial property. In doing so he has worked extensively with the various standard form construction and professional services contracts (including FIDIC, the NEC, JBCC, GCC and PROCSA) as well as the regulatory framework for construction procurement and regularly advises on these.
Thethe advises and represents parties to various standard form and bespoke construction construction contracts in dispute resolution proceedings with a specific focus on arbitration and adjudication. She also advises and represents local and international clients in general commercial litigation proceedings.
