Head of Client and Legal Project Management
Dee provides strategic Legal Project Management leadership to Pinsent Masons and our Clients. She takes an active role in managing the Client and Legal Project Management Team, and also provides legal project management support and expertise to our lawyers and Clients to improve our ways of working and to maximise the value and benefits of the services we provide.
Dee focuses on Legal Service Delivery. Legal Project Management is the medium Dee uses to collaborate with Clients, improve Client relationships and focus on Clients' needs. She offers advice on the best project approach, how to deliver projects efficiently and also provides legal project management training both to our lawyers and our Clients.
Dee has over thirty years of experience of working in legal services with her roles involving both operational management and management of project teams. Using her qualifications in Waterfall and Agile methodologies she has been involved in developing a Legal Project Management methodology which is applied to delivery of legal matters.
A culture of Legal Project Management is what Dee believes will lead to greater efficiency through process improvements, accuracy, repeatability, predictability, automation and consistency in Legal Service Delivery.
