Gareth is a corporate lawyer specialising in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and public takeovers, as well as advising on ongoing obligations of listed companies. He advises a wide variety of international and UK issuers and investment banks.

I have worked with Gareth on both sides of Main Market and AIM capital markets transactions, where he represented both mutual clients and us. On each occasion, I have found Gareth to be hands-on, responsive and focussed on getting the deal done.
