Graham Horsman
Senior Associate
Graham is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Regulatory team. He is an experienced commercial litigator who has acted for clients in litigations across all levels of the Scottish Courts, the UK Supreme Court, and various different ADR forums across the UK.
Graham's focus is predominantly in the Real Estate and Financial Services sectors. He assists clients in identifying and managing contentious issues in order to avoid litigation, as well as furthering their objectives during litigation. He tailors his approach to meet the client’s specific needs and circumstances with each particular issue that arises. He is experienced in cross border work and in different models for financing litigation, which adds to the flexible service he provides to clients.
Graham also has specialist knowledge in the areas of Intellectual Property, Sport and Reputation Management.
