She has advised clients on major projects in Europe, West Africa, the Middle East, Australia and Asia. Hollis has over 12 years' experience representing clients in international arbitration matters, as well as in mediation, adjudication and litigation proceedings. She also provides advice on risk management and contract administration during the life of the project under a variety of project delivery methods. Hollis has handled claims and disputes relating to variations, extensions of time, defective works, delay and disruption, procurement, tenders, site access, contract administration, design and engineering issues, termination, liquidated damages, and performance bonds. She regularly acts for contractors, funders, developers, insurers, employers, and consultants.
