As global Director of HR & Learning, Jonathan is responsible for devising and implementing Pinsent Masons' People Strategy. Under his leadership, Pinsent Masons has been recognised as a leading firm for HR, wellbeing and diversity and inclusion.
Jonathan is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and has over 20 years of HR experience in the legal HR sector.
Richard is responsible for taking our full infrastructure asset life cycle offering to our clients. He is experienced in all forms of dispute resolution – adjudication, mediation, arbitration and High Court Litigation. He is familiar with the forms of contract commonly used in the Sector. He also also heads our Africa Group, with a focus on Infrastructure and Energy sectors.

Alexis leads our Financial Services business and has been heavily engaged with the sector throughout his career. Alexis specialises in insurance distribution, regulation and product development and works with a range of insurer and intermediary clients.

As International Development Counsel, Justine is responsible for the implementation and delivery of the programme of work relating to the establishment and integration of new international offices and law firm relationships.
