As a consultant in Brook Graham, Josh is passionate about enabling business success through diversity, equity and inclusion. By background, Josh is a chartered HR professional (Chartered MCIPD) with a depth of experience in HR, Learning and Organisational Development in private, public and voluntary sectors. This experience helps inform Josh’s provision of initiatives that encourage psychological safety and positive, inclusive workplace cultures in businesses.
Josh also co-chairs our global neuro-diversity network, which is testament to his passion for excellence through inclusion and diversity.
