Justine has specialised in leading HR strategies through transformation. She's lived and worked across UK, Europe and Asia Pacific, leading the implementation of Diversity and Inclusion strategies for leading multinational organisations. Justine partners with our clients in APAC across the full spectrum of inclusion engagements, from research to leadership programs, policy and governance.

Along with our Brook Graham consultants in Hong Kong, Singapore and across Australia, Justine partners with our clients in Asia Pacific. With a proven track record in delivering sustainable change, the team have expertise in designing global strategies, along with deep understanding of the context of their jurisdictions to develop meaningful action plans locally. Justine is a regular speaker in the area of diversity and inclusion. In 2012-2013 Justine sat on the Executive Board of Women in Banking & Finance UK & Ireland. She chaired the Australian HR Institute’s (AHRI) Diversity Network NSW for 3 years until becoming an elected member of the AHRI NSW State Council, and she is an appointed AHRI Awards Judge. Justine holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies & Information Technology and a Masters in HR Leadership. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, a Certified Fellow of the Australian HR Institute and a qualified Coach/Mentor with Distinction from the CIPD Advanced Certificate.
