Lissie advises asset managers on the setting-up, (re)structuring, ongoing operation and distribution of Luxembourg unregulated and regulated investment funds investing in asset classes. She has a strong focus on real estate, venture capital/private equity, infrastructure and private debt.
In addition, Lissie advises domestic and international investors in the context of their due diligence on, and negotiations with the target investment fund’s sponsors and assists alternative investment fund managers (AIFMs) and Management Companies (ManCos) on their licence application, extensions, marketing, and other regulatory matters.
She is also the co-author of the well-established commentary of the German Investment Code (Kapitalanlagegesetzbuch (KAGB)).
