Louise advises clients in relation to a wide range of regulatory areas, spanning health and safety, building safety, fire safety, food safety, product liability, transport and other regulatory areas.
Louise has provided clients with advice on a wide variety of health and safety and wider regulatory issues, with a particular specialism around Building Regulations and CDM. Louise advocates at inquests, PACE interviews and represents clients in relation to prosecutions by the HSE and other enforcement agencies. Louise acts for a mixture of clients, from large multi-national organisations to individuals, across a wide range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, rail, residential, energy, chemicals, waste, education, retail and charities. Louise has carried out a large amount of training for clients and is a member of the Health and Safety Lawyers Association and sits as a Management Committee member of the Birmingham Health Safety and Environmental Association.
